Yes. Annie provides on-site makeup and hairstyling in suitable hotel rooms, resort suites, villas and wedding preparation spaces across Hoi An and Da Nang.
Can I send makeup and hairstyle references?
Yes. Reference images are useful for understanding the finish, intensity and hairstyle you prefer. Annie will adapt the direction to your features, hair and event conditions.
How do I know what time the appointment should begin?
Send the time you must be completely ready. Annie will calculate the appropriate arrival and preparation time based on your service and number of people.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee may apply depending on the exact hotel, resort or venue. Any applicable charge is confirmed before the booking is secured.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as possible for weddings, groups, weekends and peak travel periods. Short-notice requests can still be checked when availability allows.
What is the cancellation policy?
The prepaid amount is refundable when cancellation is made at least 7 days before the service date. Banking and currency-conversion charges are deducted. Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days. No refund applies within 7 days or for a no-show.
